Surge in the City

Surge in the City, our second annual in-town service day camp for middle school students, is less than two weeks away and we couldn’t be more excited! Our super talented summer intern Ben Langevin has been hard at work planning a week that will be challenging, thought-provoking, and a whole lot of fun for our students. We’ll be serving with a number of non-profits throughout Orlando, giving our students the opportunity to engage in meaningful service with organizations already doing great work with distressed populations in our city. Students will be exposed to poverty and need in Orlando in a way that teaches them about the hope brought through Christ and how we can be a part of that hope. There are only a few days left to sign up, and we don’t want students to miss this opportunity. We have a limited number of spots still available, so sign up your favorite (okay, we’ll even take your second favorite) middle school student today!
