Children’s Videos & Resources | July 5th

Below you’ll find videos and resources for the week of July 5th. Scroll down to either the preschool or elementary resource section, watch the video together, and go through the devotional material as a family.

Preschool | I Spy

In our preschool ministry, kids learn that God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever.

This month we’re continuing our summer series about how we can all believe in Jesus! We like to kick off our preschool services with worship, and we hope your whole family will get up and join us as we sing and dance together. Then we’ll hear a true story from Ollie the owl and our clubhouse friends, about how Jesus loves us no matter what. After the video, be sure to check out the activity page and parent guide for ways to connect with your child and keep the conversation going this week.

Elementary | Heart Habits

This summer we’re learning about ways we can grow closer to God and others through spiritual disciplines or, as we like to call them, Heart Habits! This week we’re leaving the farm and headed to Alejandro’s restaurant, where all the good things that Farmer Del grew will be shared with others. Chef Alejandro explains that the good God has done in our lives is meant to be shared too! We can tell the world that God loves us no matter what, that we can all trust in Jesus, and that what we say and do matters. And we can spread God’s love through sharing how the good news has changed our lives!

When we make sharing the good news a part of our daily lives, that small habit can make a big difference! Be sure to check out the family devotional guide to take the Heart Habits challenge with your family.

Elementary | Read Aloud

Want to learn more about the good news of God’s love? Check out this video read aloud of “This Is the Gospel: A Kids Read Truth Story & Scripture Book”. It’s one of our favorites!
