+ Will I need to RSVP?
Yes, everyone attending in-person services will need to RSVP each Sunday that you plan on attending. There will be RSVPs for those attending in the Sanctuary and for Children's Ministry.RSVPs will be made available at 9 a.m. the Monday ahead of the service.
+ Can I cancel an RSVP if it is no longer needed?
Thanks for thinking of this! If you or anyone in your family are unable to attend, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email to either cancel or change your RSVP. This will allow any spaces you are not planning to use be opened up for someone else.
+ What if the service I want to attend or my child’s age group in Base Camp is full?
Due to capacity limits of each service, there is a possibility that the RSVPs will fill up. If that is the case, we would encourage you to attend a different service time or another campus. If RSVPs are available for main service, but not in your child’s age group in Base Camp, your child is more than welcome to join you in the Sanctuary for main service. You can also participate in one of our online services available on-demand every Sunday beginning at 7 a.m.
+ Will I need to wear a mask?
Yes, we are requiring that everyone 2 years of age and older wear masks while inside the building. If you do not have one, we will be happy to provide you with one. Once in their classrooms, masks will not be required for preschoolers. (However, if parents desire for their preschooler to continue to wear their mask, our volunteers will do their best to help facilitate that.)
+ How are you accommodating for social distancing?
At each campus, we will provide distanced waiting markers as you enter both Children’s Ministry spaces and the Sanctuary. In the Sanctuary, every other row will be available for spaced seating. We will have coffee stations available around each campus with instructions for minimizing surface contact. We ask for everyone’s help to make those around you feel comfortable!
+ How do I give?
We will not be passing an offering basket during services but there are still many ways to give. You can give online, you can text the word SUMMIT to 45888, you can drop a check or cash in one of the Tithe and Offering boxes available in the Lobby at each campus, or you can mail a check to 735 Herndon Ave., Orlando, FL, 32803. Thank you for giving!
+ Should I bring my own coffee?
You absolutely can, but we will also be brewing Credo coffee, served to you at one of the multiple coffee locations in the Lobby or outside, depending on your campus. We ask that you distance yourself from others and remain stationary when removing your mask to drink coffee. And you are welcome to bring your coffee into the Sanctuary with you!
+ What else will be different?
Instead of paper bulletins, you will be directed to use your phones to access the digital bulletin for your campus. There you’ll find information about the church and events, links to details about upcoming events, this week's sermon Scripture, and the weekly budget report.
+ What if I’m not feeling well?
We are sorry you’re not feeling well! We ask that you stay home. If you are or someone in your household is exhibiting any symptoms of illness, we ask that you do not come to service. In addition, if you or someone you’ve been in close contact with has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not attend services for 14 days following your most recent interaction with them.
+ What if I have more questions?
We would love to make sure they are answered. Feel free to reach out to your campus pastor. If you don’t have a campus affiliation, email summit@summitconect.org
