There is a day coming when there will be no more tears. No mourning or pain—the old order of things will have passed away. But, until then, there is brokenness in the world around us. It’s happening right now—the poor, the prisoners, the blind, the oppressed—the here and now needs our attention.

Jesus began his ministry through the proclamation of good news, freedom, and recovery. His justice is running throughout Scripture; the God who was about these things is the God who still is.

God will set the world to rights and his invitation is clear: we are to join him.
